I'm not sure how much a person can really say about a Spaghetti server, I'll try to keep it short. Basically I got tired of using cheap metal or non metallic utencils for my cooking. So I decided to buy some from amazon and hope for the best...
I ended up liking this product so much I bought another one :)... I got my first one along with 3 other brands/types of Spaghetti Servers. I have to say for the price this was better than the more expensive ones I got in that order...Especially the Amco Pasta Fork.
I find the Pedrini especially useful to stir and for tasting. While the design might seem odd, it does really work well for all sorts of pasta type foods. At times with other pasta servers in the past, I've found it hard to scoop out certain types of food when cooking... Yet with this one I get almost all on my first try, which makes tasting much easier :)...
For those who want a fancier expensive version, Pedrini also makes the same model with different handles.
