This flat, flexible whisk is ideal for whipping eggs and blending gravies. Use it to make soft, tender scrambled eggs, French-style, right in the frying pan--or to blend roux into gravy right in the turkey roaster. The stainless-steel whisk's oval handle is channeled to provide a sure grip even when wet, and the hanging loop at the handle's end is cleverly angled so that the 9-1/2-inch whisk lies flat against the wall when hung on a peg or a hook.
