With its 3-inch head and nine round, sharp blades, this stainless-steel tool quickly and evenly minces a heap of herbs with a simple rolling motion. The mincer's oval handle is channeled to provide a sure grip even when wet, and the hanging loop at the handle's end is cleverly angled so that the 9-inch mincer lies flat against the wall when hung on a peg or a hook.
